01 - 1 whole wheel brie cheese (8 oz)

02 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

03 - 3 tbsp cranberry sauce (whole berry or jam)
04 - 2 tbsp toasted pecans, roughly chopped
→ Topping
05 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
06 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
07 - 1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut a large triangle to cover the brie, set aside scraps.
03 - Place brie in pastry center. Spread cranberry sauce on top and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
04 - Fold pastry over brie shaping a pine tree. Use scraps to cut small triangles or strips for branches and decoration.
05 - Transfer the wrapped brie to baking sheet. Brush all over with beaten egg.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped rosemary if using. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until pastry is golden and crisp.
07 - Let cool for 10 minutes. Optionally, drizzle with honey before serving.
08 - Serve warm with crackers, apple slices, or fresh bread.
