# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a small bowl and let soak for 2 minutes.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, gently blend ground beef, ground pork, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley until evenly incorporated.
04 - Divide mixture into 16 equal parts. Flatten each, place a mozzarella cheese cube at the center, then wrap and seal meat mixture around the cheese to form a ball.
05 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear meatballs in batches for 2 to 3 minutes until thoroughly browned.
06 - Transfer browned meatballs to prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until cooked through and cheese has melted inside.
07 - Warm marinara sauce if desired. Serve meatballs over sauce and finish with extra chopped parsley for garnish.
