15 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix gently until just combined.
03 - Shape mixture into 24 small meatballs (approximately 1 heaping tablespoon each) using damp hands. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake meatballs for 18 to 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
