Cranberry Orange Relish (Printable)

# Components:

01 - 12 ounces fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
02 - 1 large orange, unpeeled, washed, quartered, seeds removed

→ Sweetener

03 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar, or to taste

04 - 1 small apple, cored and chopped
05 - 1/4 cup toasted walnuts or pecans, roughly chopped
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Directions:

01 - Place the cranberries and orange quarters (including peel) into a food processor.
02 - Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped but not puréed, scraping down the bowl as needed.
03 - Add granulated sugar and, if desired, apple, nuts, or cinnamon. Pulse several times until evenly distributed.
04 - Taste and adjust the sweetness with additional sugar if needed.
05 - Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to meld.
