# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The everything bagel seasoning creates an addictive crispy crust that tastes like you've done something fancy, but it takes zero extra effort.
  • It's ready in under 15 minutes, making it perfect for nights when you want comfort food without the fuss.
  • The contrast between the seasoned crunch and melted cheese inside feels indulgent in the best possible way.
02 -
  • Everything bagel seasoning can go from perfectly toasted to slightly burnt in a matter of seconds, so keep your eyes on the pan and don't walk away.
  • Using softened butter instead of cold butter is the difference between even seasoning coverage and bare patches, so let it sit on the counter while you gather everything else.
  • Pressing gently while cooking helps the cheese melt evenly and the bread crisp up, but pressing too hard squeezes out all the melted cheese, which is a mistake I've made more times than I'd like to admit.
03 -
  • If your softened butter is too warm and starts to separate, pop it back in the fridge for five minutes so it's easier to spread evenly without making a mess.
  • The moment you see the cheese starting to peek out the sides of the sandwich, that's when you know the inside is melted enough to flip to the other side.
