09 - 1/2 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
10 - 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley or fresh dill
11 - 24 mini pretzel sticks
12 - 24 small rosemary leaves (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chives, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well incorporated.
02 - Scoop heaping teaspoons of the cheese mixture and roll them into small oval or acorn shapes using your hands.
03 - Roll the top half of each shaped cheese ball in chopped toasted pecans, pressing gently to adhere. Roll the bottom half in chopped parsley or dill.
04 - Insert a mini pretzel stick into the top of each cheese ball to mimic an acorn stem. Optionally, place a small rosemary leaf for added decoration.
05 - Arrange the acorn-shaped cheese bites on a serving platter and refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes to firm up and enhance texture.
