- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk until well incorporated. Set aside 2 tablespoons of this marinade for dressing the pasta later.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking tray. Generously brush the remaining glaze over the salmon. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and develops a caramelized glaze.
- Concurrently, cook your chosen pasta (linguine or spaghetti) according to the package directions until al dente. Reserve approximately 100ml of the starchy pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the drained pasta, heavy cream, reserved glaze, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine, gradually adding the reserved pasta water as needed to create a luxurious, creamy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
- Divide the sauced pasta among individual serving plates. Carefully place a glazed salmon fillet atop each portion. Artfully arrange a nest of fresh microgreens over the salmon. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and serve with fresh lime wedges on the side.
