# Directions:
01 - Heat fruit juice and sugar over low heat in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved. Add optional food coloring and lemon juice. Pour into jellyfish-shaped silicone molds or round molds for the body and shallow molds for tentacles. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
02 - Warm coconut water and sugar in a separate saucepan. Stir in gelatin and chosen food coloring. Pour into shallow molds or a baking dish. Chill for 30 minutes, then cut into seaweed or wave shapes.
03 - Arrange jellyfish gummies at the center of a large serving tray. Attach gummy worms and candy belt strips as tentacles beneath each jellyfish body. Scatter decorative jellies, rock candy, and candy pearls around to simulate underwater scenery.
04 - Keep the platter chilled until serving to maintain optimal texture and presentation.
