02 - 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
03 - 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt

→ Homemade Gummies

07 - 1 cup fruit juice, such as apple, berry, or orange
08 - 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
09 - 2–3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

→ Mash-Up Toppings

10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit, lightly crushed (such as strawberries or raspberries)
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy, crushed or chopped (such as Skittles or marshmallows)

# Directions:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring the edges overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until the mixture is homogenous. Press firmly into the prepared pan to form an even layer. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill.
03 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over the surface and let stand for 5 minutes to bloom. Gently heat over low, stirring until fully dissolved. Add honey and stir until incorporated. Pour into a parchment-lined small baking dish and refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until set.
04 - Once gummies are set, slice into small, uniform cubes.
05 - Remove the oat base from the refrigerator. Evenly distribute gummy cubes, freeze-dried fruits, and freeze-dried candy over the surface. Gently press toppings into the base.
06 - Return the pan to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 10–15 minutes to allow the toppings to adhere.
07 - Using the parchment overhang, lift the set slab from the pan. With a sharp knife, cut into 12 uniform bars and serve.
