03 - 1 tablespoon black tea leaves or 2 black tea bags
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 teaspoons black food coloring (gel or liquid)

08 - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or white vinegar
09 - 1 tablespoon finely ground black sesame seeds

# Directions:
01 - Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
02 - Remove eggs and gently tap shells all over to create fractures without peeling.
03 - In another saucepan, combine 4 cups water, black tea leaves, salt, and black food coloring. Bring to a simmer.
04 - Add cracked eggs to the colored tea and simmer for 10 minutes. Allow eggs to soak for an additional 15 to 20 minutes for a more defined web effect.
05 - Remove eggs from the mixture, peel off shells to reveal spiderweb design, and slice eggs lengthwise.
06 - Carefully extract yolks and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Blend yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and ground black sesame until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
07 - Pipe or spoon the sesame yolk mixture back into egg white halves.
08 - Sprinkle filled eggs with whole black sesame seeds to finish.
