01 - 1 cup rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

07 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

# Directions:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl or mason jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.
02 - Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the oat mixture, distributing evenly throughout.
03 - Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and achieve a creamy texture.
04 - In the morning, stir the overnight oats well. If the mixture appears too thick, add a splash of milk to achieve desired consistency.
05 - Divide the prepared overnight oats evenly between two serving bowls or jars. Top each portion with granola and additional strawberry slices if desired. Serve immediately.
