# Directions:
01 - Wash cucumbers and green onions. Thinly slice cucumbers (peel if preferred) and slice green onions; transfer to a large mixing bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, rice vinegar, kosher salt, and black pepper until smooth and emulsified.
