- Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, cubed, 120 g (4 oz) gouda cheese, sliced, 120 g (4 oz) brie cheese, sliced
- Crackers & Breads: 200 g (7 oz) assorted crackers (e.g., whole wheat, multigrain, butter), 80 g (3 oz) breadsticks
- Fruits & Nuts: 1 cup seedless red grapes, 1 cup dried cranberries, 1 apple, sliced, 1/2 cup pecans
- Accompaniments: 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, 1/3 cup whole grain mustard, Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
