11 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
12 - 1 large tomato, diced
13 - ¼ cup dill pickles, sliced
14 - ¼ cup diced red onion
15 - ¼ cup burger sauce (store-bought or homemade)
# Directions:
01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and break apart with a spatula. Season with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Stir ketchup and yellow mustard into the cooked beef. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until flavors are blended. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Wipe the skillet clean and return to medium heat. Add a thin layer of vegetable oil.
04 - Place one tortilla in the skillet. Layer with one slice of cheddar cheese and a generous spoonful of seasoned beef. Fold the tortilla in half and press gently to seal. Cook each side for about 2 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat for all tortillas.
05 - Fill each taco with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced pickles, diced red onion, and drizzle with burger sauce.
06 - Serve the tacos hot for best flavor and texture.
