# Components:

→ Watermelon Shark

02 - 2 blueberries (for eyes)
03 - 2 slices of apple or banana (for eye whites)

→ Fruit Filling & Board Garnish

04 - 2 cups seedless green grapes
05 - 2 cups seedless red grapes
06 - 1 pint blueberries
07 - 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
08 - 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
09 - 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
10 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
11 - ½ cup blackberries
12 - 1 cup cantaloupe balls or cubes
13 - 1 cup honeydew balls or cubes
14 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)

→ Extras (optional)

15 - 1 cup gummy fish or sharks (for decoration)
16 - ½ cup mini marshmallows (to mimic bubbles)

# Directions:

01 - Slice a thin piece off the bottom of the watermelon so it sits flat. Cut about one-third off one end at an angle to create the shark's mouth opening. Scoop out the flesh from the cut section, reserving it for the fruit filling. Using a paring knife, carve jagged teeth along the edge of the mouth. Attach apple or banana slices for the eyes above the mouth using toothpicks and secure a blueberry at the center of each.
02 - Dice the reserved watermelon flesh into bite-sized pieces. Fill the inside of the shark’s mouth with a mixture of watermelon, grapes, berries, and orange segments to mimic shark bait. Arrange the remaining fruits and melon balls around the shark on a large board or platter, alternating colors and shapes for visual appeal. Scatter gummy fish or mini marshmallows if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
03 - Serve immediately, providing small tongs, toothpicks, or forks for effortless fruit picking.
