# Directions:
01 - Halve the avocados, remove pits, and scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.
02 - Add lime juice, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
03 - Use a hand mixer or food processor to whip the mixture until smooth and fluffy.
04 - Transfer the whipped avocado to a large serving platter and shape into a Christmas tree using a spatula or spoon back.
05 - Adorn the tree with cherry tomatoes, diced bell peppers, onion, pomegranate seeds, and optional feta to resemble ornaments. Arrange parsley or dill sprigs as pine branches. Place carrot star or rounds on top as a tree topper.
06 - Serve immediately with crackers, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks. Refrigerate if not served right away, consume within a few hours for optimal color and flavor.
