01 - In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
02 - Add the eggs and flour to the mashed banana and whisk into a smooth batter.
03 - Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
