# Directions:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon zest (if using) until smooth and fluffy using a hand mixer or whisk.
02 - Use a spatula to evenly spread the whipped cream cheese onto a clean, large serving board or platter, creating swirls for visual texture.
03 - Arrange mixed fresh berries attractively on top of the cream cheese layer.
04 - Sprinkle chopped toasted pistachios or almonds, mini chocolate chips or shavings, granola, and dried edible rose petals (if using) over the berries.
05 - Drizzle the board lightly with extra honey or maple syrup.
06 - Scatter torn fresh mint leaves over the board and serve immediately with toasted bread or brioche slices for dipping and spreading.
