01 - 2 large cucumbers

02 - 120 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp sour cream
04 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

07 - 1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced (optional)
08 - Extra dill sprigs

# Directions:

01 - Wash and slice cucumbers lengthwise into thin, even slices approximately 1/8 inch thick.
02 - Use a star-shaped cookie cutter (1.2–1.6 inch diameter) to cut stars from the cucumber slices. Place stars on paper towels to absorb moisture.
03 - Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
04 - Transfer the cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a small star tip or a plastic bag with the corner snipped.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving platter and pipe a small dollop of the cheese mixture onto each.
06 - Decorate each star with a small piece of red bell pepper and a dill sprig for a festive appearance.
07 - Serve immediately or chill up to 1 hour before serving.
