# Directions:

01 - Dice all deli meats and cheeses into bite-sized pieces for even distribution.
02 - Add diced meats, cheeses, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pepperoncini, roasted peppers, olives, and cucumber into a large mixing bowl.
03 - Whisk mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together in a separate bowl until smooth.
04 - Pour dressing over the chopped mixture in the large bowl. Toss with tongs or a large spoon until everything is thoroughly coated.
