# Directions:
01 - Place cooked rice in a microwave-safe bowl and evenly distribute flaked salmon on top.
02 - Set two ice cubes on the rice and salmon for gentle steaming.
03 - Cover bowl loosely with parchment paper or a microwave-safe plate.
04 - Microwave on high for two to three minutes until ice melts and contents are heated and moist.
05 - Remove from microwave and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
06 - Garnish bowl with sliced avocado, thinly sliced cucumber, and pickled ginger.
07 - Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallion. Add chili flakes or sriracha if desired, and serve immediately.
