# Directions:

01 - Separate Oreo cookies and remove cream filling. Pulse cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
02 - Mix softened cream cheese into Oreo crumbs until sticky and cohesive.
03 - On plastic wrap laid on a flat surface, spread Oreo mixture into an 8 x 6 inch rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Evenly spread strawberry jam across the rectangle and sprinkle shredded coconut over the jam layer.
05 - Lay peeled banana lengthwise near one long edge of the rectangle.
06 - Using plastic wrap to assist, tightly roll the mixture around the banana to form a log. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm.
07 - Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in soy sauce if using.
08 - Unwrap the chilled roll and slice into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange on a serving dish and serve alongside the chocolate soy dip with garnishes as desired.
