# Directions:
01 - Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 480°F or as hot as possible. Position pizza stone in oven if using.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll pizza dough to a 12-inch circle. Transfer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
04 - Evenly spread the crème fraîche mixture across the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border untouched.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then arrange sliced pickles and optional red onion on top.
