# Components:

→ Probiotic Base

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes, for serving

# Directions:

01 - In a sanitized glass jar, fully dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Incorporate water kefir grains or ginger bug along with lemon juice, then gently combine using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Enclose the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter, securing with a rubber band. Allow to ferment for 24 to 48 hours at room temperature (68°F to 77°F), monitoring for gentle effervescence and tang.
03 - Using a fine mesh strainer, extract kefir grains or ginger bug from the soda base. Discard or reserve for future batch preparation.
04 - In a pitcher, combine the fermented base with orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Mix gently until herbs are aromatic.
05 - Add ice cubes to glasses, pour the mocktail mixture, and finish with orange slices and fresh mint for garnish.
06 - Present the beverage at once to maintain optimal fizz and freshness.
