01 - In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Incorporate the powdered sugar and concentrated root beer. Continue whipping until soft peaks form. Refrigerate the mixture until ready to assemble.
02 - Gently warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for approximately 10-15 seconds per side, just until they become pliable.
03 - Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center of each warmed tortilla. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
04 - Top each serving of ice cream with a generous spoonful of the prepared root beer whipped cream. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards over the filling, then roll up tightly to form a wrap.
05 - Place each formed wrap seam-side down on a serving plate. Garnish each wrap with a maraschino cherry placed centrally on top.
06 - Present the dessert wraps immediately to ensure optimal texture and temperature.
