I first made this combination for a family holiday party and it quickly became everyone’s favorite centerpiece—people loved pairing the cheesecakes alongside classic charcuterie bites

Ingredients

  • Charcuterie Selection: 120 g prosciutto 120 g salami 120 g chorizo 120 g coppa
  • Cheeses: 150 g aged cheddar cubed 150 g brie sliced 150 g goat cheese rolled into balls 150 g gouda cubed
  • Crackers & Bread: 200 g assorted crackers 1 baguette sliced
  • Fruits & Nuts: 1 cup red grapes 1 cup green grapes 1 cup strawberries halved 1/2 cup dried apricots 1/2 cup dried figs 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds walnuts pecans)
  • Condiments: 1/4 cup fig jam 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup whole grain mustard 1/2 cup cornichons (mini pickles)
  • Mini Festive Cheesecakes Crust: 100 g graham crackers finely crushed 2 tbsp granulated sugar 60 g unsalted butter melted
  • Mini Festive Cheesecakes Filling: 225 g cream cheese softened 75 g granulated sugar 1 large egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Mini Festive Cheesecakes Topping: 1/4 cup cranberry sauce or raspberry preserves fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

Prepare Mini Cheesecakes:
Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
Make Crust:
Mix crushed graham crackers sugar and melted butter. Press about 1 tsp of mixture into each liner to form a crust.
Prepare Filling:
In a bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg vanilla and sour cream. Mix until just combined.
Bake and Chill:
Spoon filling over crusts (about 1 tbsp per cup). Bake for 15–18 minutes until just set. Cool completely then chill for at least 30 minutes.
Add Topping:
Spoon a little cranberry sauce or raspberry preserves onto each cheesecake. Garnish with fresh mint.
