A bold and inventive fusion dish that layers ramen noodles, spicy ground pork, tangy tomato sauce, and creamy cheese for a comforting, flavor-packed meal.

I first experimented with ramen lasagna on a chilly night, craving both noodles and classic comfort food. The dish amazed my family with its rich flavors and surprise twist—they loved the spicy kick paired with creamy cheese.

In a bowl, blend ricotta cheese, egg, half the mozzarella, and half the parmesan.

In a 22x30 cm baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom, then add a layer of ramen noodles (about one pack). Spread a third of the ricotta mixture and a third of the meat sauce over noodles. Repeat layers twice more, finishing with remaining meat sauce.
